ABOUT BIO 520™
BIO 520™ is a liquid growth promoter used for agriculture, horticulture, viticulture, floriculture, aquaculture, hydroponics, livestock, poultry and home gardening. The product is a “game changer”, shielding crops from the uptake of harmful chemicals applied by growers during conventional grow practices or accumulated from decades of conventional use of chemical fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides and herbicides.
The product delivers increased yields, and improved quality and safety of the food chain. BIO 520™ contains zero chemicals and enables plants to absorb greater amounts of nutrients. It also enables nitrogen fixation from the air and is simply diluted to irrigation water at 1 to 1,000 dilution.

Harvested crops of fruits and vegetables grown using BIO 520™ have been proven, in government-controlled labs, to contain zero chemical residues. BIO 520™ has also been proven to deliver improved animal health, reduced mortality and economic benefits for the livestock and poultry industries.
Also, the ingredients of BIO 520™ generate a mild heat imparted by terahertz energy. This provides for extended, productive crop cycles and growth of crops at temperatures marginally below normal ranges. Substantially higher crop yields have been regularly achieved with staple food crops than previously possible when using conventional chemical or organic fertilizers.

The photograph of sweet potatoes (top right) highlights the crop yield of an increase of 20 tons per 3-acre plot. Yield for various crops (measured by weight) from identical-sized plots and in identical soils increased between 50% and 200%.
Tests over several years of development have included numerous greenhouse and outdoor food crops, including tomatoes, peppers, pumpkins, radishes, onions, tea and rice. Tests also measured BIO 520’s positive impact on flowers, fruits and berries.
MORE BIO 520™ CASE STUDY RESULTS…
- Fruit and produce sizes (per unit) have substantially increased across a variety of plants;
- Increase in production measured by “fruit count” with cherry tomatoes, produced from identical-size plots, increased from 6,000 fruits to 26,000 fruits;
- Pumpkins are conventionally produced at a rate of 5 fruits per harvested growth area. With BIO 520™, the same growth area produced 40 fruits of conventional size;
- Carrots, grown for carrot juice, produced triple the amount of juice;
- Zehyantha flower petals grew to twice normal size and with more vivid color;

- Cannabis bud yield increased 126% with faster growth and zero chemical contaminants in the harvested crop.
BIO 520™ MP (MILDEW PREVENTER)
BIO 520™ MP spray is produced from a component kit of two powders. The kit produces a liquid concentrate containing dissolved chlorine dioxide gas at 3,000 ppm. BIO 520™ MP spray delivers the gas in liquid form, conveniently made on-site by simply mixing the two powders.
Product applications include disinfection of breweries, bottled water companies, post-harvest washing of crops and fruits, food processing facilities, hospitals, treating plant infections and elimination of biofilm in water storage and distribution systems. BIO 520™ MP is 250% more effective than chlorine as a disinfectant and leaves behind no chemical residue.
To addresses powdery mildew, mold and other plant infections, spray BIO 520™ at a dilution of 10 ppm to 15 ppm. This dosage kills mildew without chemically “burning” the plant. When the spray evaporates the released gas kills the infection and vents to atmosphere. BIO 520™ MP leaves only water and trace amounts of common salt when it evaporates. No other residue is left behind.
BIO 520™ MP delivers a superior solution to powdery mildew problems than other fungicides which leave toxic residues. For example, Eagle Twenty. This is a commonly used fungicide but residues produce hydrogen cyanide gas at 400 degrees Centigrade, i.e., if smoked.
One liquid ounce of concentrate BIO 520™ MP makes 1 gallon of ready-to-use spray at a strength of 10 ppm. This kills powdery mildew after 3 daily treatments. It is recommended to rinse the plants with plain water after the third treatment.
Do not mix the powders together in dry form. Also use a plastic container and mix with a non-metallic “stirrer”.
BIO 520™ MP SPRAY is designed to maintain the health and protection of plants against fungal spores, mold and mildew. A liquid concentrate of chlorine dioxide is made using a two-step process:
Step One: Dissolve two powder ingredients “A” and “B” into plain water. The powders are provided in kit form in various sizes for the farmer.
The mix creates a concentrated liquid product containing 3,000 ppm of dissolve chlorine dioxide.
Step Two: Further dilute the 3,000 ppm concentrate to create a highly diluted final product, BIO 520™ MP SPRAY. This is directly applied as a foliar spray to plants/fruits. The spray is effective against mildew, spores, botyritis and mold at dosage levels between 10 ppm and 15 ppm.
BIO 520™ MP SPRAY rapidly kills wet and dry mold, fungal spores and mildew. The spray leaves behind no chemical residue on the plant. It biodegrades into evaporated water and trace elements of common salt.
MIXING: The concentrate is diluted at one half of one fluid ounce to one gallon of water. This dilution is approximately 1:250. Simple instructions and a plastic dosage measuring cup are provided with the product.
BIO 520™ MP SPRAY in liquid concentrate form is used in the food, beverage and brewing industries. The product is certified safe by the National Safety Foundation (NSF) to ANSI 60 Standards which govern the approval of products used to clean drinking water for human consumption. BIO 520™ MP SPRAY is an effective anti-microbial product, 250% more powerful as an oxidizer than chlorine. It leaves zero chemical residuals and is effective at far lower dosage levels than chlorine.
BIO 520™ MP SPRAY is also effective to eliminate biofilm from drip irrigation and water distribution and storage systems.

BIO 520™ & CANNABIS
A special and unique function of BIO 520™ is its ability to barrier against the migration into plants of toxins from chemical pesticides and fertilizers accumulated in soils or applied by growers using conventional practices. This shielding feature has been scientifically proven for more than 20 horticultural crops through post-harvest chemical analysis conducted by a government-certified Food Safety Research Institute. The analysis verified the barrier effect of BIO 520™ against a spectrum of 400+ chemical toxins potentially present in soils.
When harvested cannabis grown with BIO 520™ was sent for chemical analysis by an independent testing Lab in California, the results showed “No scientifically detectable levels” for 70 pesticides, fungicides, fertilizers and several common microbiological impurities (salmonella, e-coli, molds and fungus).

Tested in controlled indoor environment Jan. 2018 to Apr. 2018 on 200 plants consisting of multiple marijuana strains.
The organic product BIO 520™ was infused with an existing plant food regimen on the crop in the photo #1 on the right. The crop is visibly denser, broader and more compact and shows higher vertical growth than the non-BIO 520™ crop shown in photo #2, below.
DETAILS: Each plant is in a 2 gallon pot and watered with half a gallon every 2 to 3 days, depending on when the plant required watering. The professional grower did not wish to change his existing growth regimen. He added BIO 520™ to his normal regimen at a dilution rate of 1 to 4,000, versus the 1 to 1,000 dilution recommended by BIO 520, LLC.
The standard nutrients included House and Garden products Root Excelurator, Clear Ex, Nitrogen Boost, Bud XL, Top Booster, Amino Treatment and Drip Clean. The Botanicare product CAL-MAG and products, Floralicious and Floralicious Plus from general Hydro. Advanced Nutrient product Overdrive and Carboload. Aurora product HPK Bloom Booster. Additionally, they were fed a Vermicrop Tea once a week without BIO 520™.
The overall root health was by far superior when the BIO520 (TM) was added. The BIO 520-fed plants had fuzzy white roots with the overall diameter and volume being greater. The plants without BIO 520™ showed brown decaying root-ends and in comparison were underdeveloped in both volume and diameter.
During the vegetative stages, BIO 520™ created a vast and thriving biosphere, the plants grew faster and looked, smelled and appeared much healthier. The BIO 520™ plants thrived vigorously and became less susceptible to shock, systemic diseases and pest infestation. Continuing into the bloom cycle at first signs of flowering it was evident to even the untrained eye that the BIO 520™ group hosted more bud sites, denser flowers, amplified oils and resin content complemented by an impressive aroma.
When BIO 520™ was added to the universal standard research garden, in a controlled environment and a grow medium at the recommended application rate, it was observed that the plants introduced to BIO 520™ almost instantly showed enhanced growth in girth and height. The stem growth was noticeably darker in color showing great and unique ability to break down nutrients and uptake nitrogen much more efficiently compared to the plants dosed with the high-end chemical fertilizers listed above. In comparison, the latter had a lighter leaf color and were relatively stagnant in growth at later weeks of the vegetative cycle. Superior results were also evident on the BIO 520™ control group with stocks growing 1.5 to 2 times in diameter larger and anywhere from 4 to 6 inches taller and with a greater amount of bud sizes, as well as a larger volume area of immaculate root structure.
At the final analysis, it was evident that BIO 520™ is a growth promoter that enhances nutrient absorption. Production at 1 to 4,000 dilution was increased by greater than 30% with a superior end-product. Growth at the recommended 1 to 1,000 dilution is expected to substantially increase the above yield.
